We have been providing therapy in London since 2006 with locations in Oxford Circus, Fitzrovia, Soho, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. Our counselling services include short and longer-term private therapy and couples counselling to help with a range of personal issues. We also offer online counselling to our clients in London and around the world.

Our counselling services are conducted in a supportive, non-judgemental atmosphere and discussions in therapy are always confidential. From the first meeting, we understand that therapy can be a private and very personal experience. Couples counselling, or relationship therapy, provides space for couples to discuss relationship problems in an atmosphere that encourages communication and resolution.
Services
Each of our therapists brings a wealth of personal experience and training to the counselling and psychotherapy services we provide. Our counsellors and psychotherapists offer several different styles of therapy and we tailor our approach to your personal needs. At your first appointment, we will help you decide which one of our therapists is the best therapist for you.
Therapy begins with an initial consultation where you can speak in confidence with one of our experienced therapists. Your first appointment with us will last about one hour and will provide an opportunity to discuss your personal hopes in therapy. At this first appointment, we will consider which of our counsellors or psychotherapists will be most helpful for your personal needs.

It can feel confusing when setting out to begin therapy. Our experienced counsellors and psychotherapists in London can help you choose the right therapy for you. There are many different types of counselling and psychotherapy to choose from. Our aim is to use the type of counselling or psychotherapy that is most appropriate to each individual client, based on the client's needs at the time.
We have put together a list of questions that people sometimes have about counselling and psychotherapy, along with our answers. Beginning counselling can be a difficult or confusing experience and often our clients will have questions about what they should expect when beginning therapy.

Finding the right counsellor or psychotherapist is important to most people, and often factors like cost and location of appointments will play a role in deciding when and where to begin counselling.Everyone's counselling needs are different. Some people prefer personal counselling and psychotherapy while others choose short-term counselling for help with a specific problem.

I phoned up, which took a lot of courage. The man who answered the call was appalling. He laughed when there was no joke. He was Sarcastic and rude. Also the pricing works on how much you earn. I literally have no words to describe how that 40 seconds made me feel. Please going forward when you answer the phone just know that someone very vulnerable can be on the other side and don’t be so disgusting. Yes disgusting. Shame on you.

I have just finished my last session with Ben Marks today after almost a year of therapy. Ben has helped me a lot in the last year and as a result I have seen so much progress in my personal life since I came to see him a year ago (in my work, social life and relationships). I am very happy with where I am right now in all areas of my life and going to therapy has played a huge role in that. I am also very happy to say that Ben has helped me with many practical things that I can continue to use as coping mechanisms even when not going to therapy.

I only attended 2 sessions at one therapy (solely because I wanted to find somewhere closer to home) but found the 2 sessions I did have extremely useful to help me find a strategy for dealing with a short term relationship crisis. Highly recommended 😊

We had couples therapy sessions with Delia at One Therapy for about 8 months. Delia made us feel comfortable pretty much instantly, but she didn't let us off easy! She challenged us and pushed us to open up (especially me, usually otherwise a closed book!) We initially started going as an alternative to traditional "marriage prep" courses which the church were offering. We knew that we had a couple of issues we'd really like to sort out before we got married, and in doing so we started to work through a lot of our own individual baggage too. My experience with One Therapy really helped me form a relationship with my mental health that I didn't have before. I feel more confident and comfortable in myself than I ever have. One Therapy provided a very professional service and kept me up to date with any communcation I needed, especially with the changing circumstances of this years events. I can’t recommend One Therapy enough. My experience with Ben was absolutely delightful, well as delightful as therapy can ever be I suppose. We got along from the jump and what followed was months of hard work but I’m so grateful to Ben for being a great listener, compassionate therapist and just providing a safe space for me to explore my thoughts and feelings. He is the right blend of supportive and yet challenging. I will forever be thankful for the work we did during our time together because I feel like a better me because of it.

The space provided by One Therapy is very welcoming and relaxing. My time with Ben was amazing. He made me feel comfortable enough to discuss any subject and feel completely supported and not judged. I attended One Therapy London and did sessions for a year. I found the sessions extremely helpful and would recommend anyone considering Therapy to give it a go.
