I moved our phones and broadband to Vadtel over a year ago. (It's taken me that long to get round to writing a review!) So with that in mind I have had all this time to experience the services.
The whole process was seamless and the installation of the new system was very smooth. The ongoing service is faultless and if I ever need anything from advice to programming changes to the system it is dealt with swiftly. Danny and Shane are always really helpful and find solutions for things to make the system do more than I thought possible making working easier and more efficient. Paul is always available

Vadtel have been extremely helpful this year with firstly replacing an expensive system from another provider and getting us a great price and a system that works for us. They have also just done an office move which has been done smoothly and easily with no issues. Nothing is ever too much and they are always have someone friendly and helpful at the end of the phone. They moved us from our old office to the new one on the date we requesting in a professional and helpful manner. The service has been 1st class from the beginning and we have no complaints at all about this company. It was a massive relief dealing with Vadtel compared to our last telecoms provider. Really excellent service from the off-set. Maddie Funnell at Vadtel offered perfect telecoms system at a much better price for our offices at Roundstone Caravans, Southwater. Couldn't be happier with the service and installation of our new phone system from Vadtel. From the first introduction through to the sale, installation and aftersales service, they have been faultless. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone, they are genuine, reliable and always there to help. Will be going back to them for our CCTV later this year.

Vadtel were extremely helpful in explaining the new system in great detail and answering all questions I had. Very friendly people and I would highly recommend them I like this company because they use the really good quality CCTV equipment.
The installations and staff are all very professional, excellent, fast, tidy and polite. The CCTV has given peace of mind. Having the camera images streaming live on my mobile phone is one of the best Apps on my phone and addictive. Thank you

Vadtel installed a new telephone system for our charity. The process from initial contact, quote and install has been excellent. Most importantly Vadtel have been a pleasure to deal with. Staff have always been available by phone or email to help us with any queries and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend their services.
