We do not expect you to fill in forms, make phone calls or anything else to find out what it will cost or what you have to do; we have tried to make all the information available here as we believe there is nothing worse than trawling through a web site to get to the prices. Services
Numbers prefixed 0845, 0844, 087, Internet calls, Premium Rate Services, mobile numbers, information and paging services are excluded. Other exclusions and terms and conditions apply. Means calls of up to an hour to numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03, excluding the Channel Islands. Redial within 60 minutes to avoid call charges.
IVR is an industry term for a computer answering the phone call instead of a live operator. IVR services are the most efficient way of dealing with large volumes of call traffic. IVR equipment interacts with callers, providing them with relevant information or services freeing up valuable staff resources enabling calls to be dealt with more efficiently.
FreedomCall strives to offer responsive customer service for non-service affecting issues using email. We can answer questions fully and, where applicable, send data sheets with detailed explanations. For service affecting issues we have a service number and a fault reporting system which directly connects to our engineering group.
