POLICE INVOLVED! seller posted to the wrong address, never told about it until case opened, seller tryied to avoid any responsibility for sending to the wrong address, did not help to find the item, seller called police on me saying im a scammer doing illegal things but it is him sending things to WRONG ADDRESS! VERY RUDE SELLER!!! STAY AWAY!

Wow what a difference a year makes, I cannot get over the change to the store, it is incredible, so clean and welcoming, possibly the best hydro shop in the UK, i am sure nobody can dispute my claim!

We went here to purchase a complete tent kit and decided I didn't want it. I live in Bradford and was placed on lockdown so waited until lockdown was over to try take it back for a refund, this meant that the 14 days I had to take it back had passed. I phoned to see if they would take it back for a refund, it is all in its original packaging and unopened. I got told to speak to the manager, she told me if she did that then she would be out of business 🤷‍♂️. Nice one kit bag I now have a complete tent kit that I will never use and probably only get half the price if I sell on ebay. Thanks

What can I say, Covid Safe, Massive Stock Range, One of the Best Grow Shops In the UK, Found them off eBay so when out to find them only 35min drive from Brum for me, Said he will Beat any shops prices, but didnt have to as sooo cheap and sells Canna, Shogun and Hornet Feeds, 600w lights coco peat Grow tents, wow no messing around

Phoned in the morning was told they get back to me about the issue and I had to phone again and waffled a load of nonsense and I had to figure what they were trying to say myself. Cheap and incompetent equipment and instructions. Use a better place. Would've been a regular but they lost business

Brilliant for hydroponics and all other supply for any growers. And the team is nice too. Always gives honest advise

Saw them online, popped in to see if they was proper or not and WoW got to be one of the cleanest places and best stock grow shop in the U.K. not only that, it was all in stock, I saved pounds on on price when checking back home my local grow shop would of charged me well over £70 extra on a £300 spend well worth the 30min drive from brum

Says come to the shop and collect today on ebay. I popped by. The server was pleasant understanding and once it was all totalled up. He gave me a discount. Dont get that online so go there!!
