These guys are very friendly and full of information and advice, I usually buy from the shop but due to the current worldwide situation i couldnt so i made a online order, had a delivery issue which was completely out of hydrohobby's hands but like the professionals they are resolved the issue and in very fast timing. i cant stress how much i highly recommend this shop

Not very fast at replying to messages or emails. Spent £90 on grow lights two out of the 4 bulbs stopped working and a buzzing sound could be heard from the unit. It had only been on 45 minutes. Now waiting for confirmation that the 2 replacement bulbs have been sent. Meanwhile I have seedlings that will have to be thrown. Not happy at all.
