Claiming on your own insurance? Simply call in any time between 8.30am and 5:30pm for your free estimate. The next step is to register your claim with your insurer and obtain your "claim reference number" it is important you inform your insurer that you have already chosen your repairer. Do not allow yourself to be bullied into using a repairer that you are either unhappy with using or is inconvenient for any reason.

Found a pretty deep scratch on my hatch.
Popped down to get a professional view and a price.
Booked in for a day the following week, dropped off at 8:30 am and collected around 5:00pm.
A fantastic repair, and you can't even see where the damage was. A brilliant job on a deep red pearlescent car.
Very friendly staff.
