About 10 weeks ago, somebody hit the side of my car in a car park and caused a crease in my nearside rear door and rear arch, and scuffed my rear left wheel.
I was told by a number of other repair specialists that my car wouldn't look the same after the repair due to the colour of the car and was told that it would be quite difficult to find a good enough paint match to then blend it in.
I then was recommended to go to Motor Bodies by a friend, so a quick estimation, appointment booked and I took the car in.
After they had the car in for a week, the car was ready to collect.
No signs of repair

I have just received my car back from motor bodies after having a bump to my car. The incident was very stressful, but the repairs process has been so easy and efficient. I have been kept informed and up to date with the progress of my repair throughout the whole process which has been so useful. The collection process was so simple and Debbie was really helpful and provided a brilliant service with a smile. And to add my car is the shiniest it's ever been! Thank you!

Collected my sons vehicle today after a third party caused damage last month. Debbie was really helpful on collection today. Frequent updates throughout the repair process were appreciated though my expectations as a customer could have been better handled- I had been told the vehicle would be ready a week earlier than it actually was, via one of their frequent updates which was a little frustrating. Overall though a really good experience.

Stephen R done an excellent job replacing and painting the door on my Ford Fiesta you can’t even tell it was painted afterwards the colour match was exact perfect!! Also very responsive on keeping me updated on what stages the repair is at. Would definitely recommend very professional high standard work

I was very impressed with Motor Bodies Widnes and how they dealt with repairs to my car. It took a while to get the part required to complete the repair but I was kept up do date on progress with texts and calls. Got it back today and the repair looks great. Jason was very professional when taking and bringing the car back. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

My car went in for a repair, it's the first time one of my vehicles has been in an accident. I would recommend Motor Bodies Widnes, kept me informed with texts and emails at which ever stage my car was at & when it was completed. Very happy with the service. Jason was very helpful when I arrived to drop my car off & when I went to collect it when all the work was finished.

The quality of the work seems good car returned clean and presentable. i was not informed of the damage so was unsure of the actual work being done even to this day. I got texts every couple of days but they dont make sense if you dont know what is being fixed. I got told should be ready any point up till 5.30 on the friday. i recived a text saying… awaiting part they will update monday. monday came at dinner i informed them that i work nights and going to sleep and to ring my partner if the car is ready to collect. i wake up my partner has had no call and i have a text saying the car is

Just had my Ford bumper and grill done by motor bodies highly recommended. I was gutted when I lady backed into my car a few weeks ago as the paint work was chipped the lot and now it’s like new just WOW! Tom and Jason went out there way for me I had txt daily for updates and a quick and easy collection highly recommended.

I cannot recommend motor-bodies Widnes enough, I had a bump to my t Rok with only days to go before we set off for our caravan holiday, but they worked so hard to get it ready so we could go and kept us informed every day where they were up to and how much was left to do. They arrived with our car on the night before we left and wished us a fantastic holiday as we left at six the very next morning.
