Our developments range from high-end residential apartments to serviced units for Assisting Living. We work closely with social-care providers and local governments.
We acquired this exclusive development in the heart of South East London to develop 12 apartments for Frontier Support Services. The site will be constructed to suit individuals and families who require assisted living. We're also working with Frontier to design a "BUZZ Hubb", which will provide 24-hour day-care facilities to tenants who need a little more support.
Gibbs Brook House is our award-winning development in the heart of Surrey - a stone's throw from the Town Centre. This scheme comprises huge apartments complemented by open-plan living, and large balconies overlooking the plains of Surrey. We also manage this block and take every opportunity to visit this wonderful property.

**DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE** This company manages a property above my flat in South London. The boiler in the property they manage leaked into mine for two weeks before they rectified it. The leak caused damage to my water tank and electric supply, I had to chase them to get my electricity restored they then washed their hands off any responsibility for the ongoing issues caused by their inability to deal with the leak. I repeat use this company at your peril, absolute cowboys!
