The service is poor, it's been over a month now and we still haven't had our washing machine fixed, this is also not the first time this estate agent has taken ages to resolve the issues with have reported, they also previously ignored messages we sent regarding issues when it is convenient for them. In the past, they have only resolved issues once we have requested a rent rebate. My advice would be to avoid renting with this company, just look at the other bad reviews.

Despite my not being in the UK, I am notified immediately when there is an issue, and I am able to contact both Shannon and Elyse too. They have been responsive, dedicated, friendly and professional.

Prime London is an excellent company as is the agent who handles my account.
She is always responsive, attentive to managing the property and any issues that arise.
She is also proactive in thinking ahead and taking the initiative on re letting as a lease is nearing its end date.
Their fees are very competitive and I do not believe I could get a better service or price elsewhere.
Importantly, I have great confidence in the advice I receive and in the integrity of my agent, the Managing Director and the team.
They are also very courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Met Charlie Virgo at the beginning of my home hunting journey in August. I had viewings in several different areas but still struggled to find my dream home. After a few months of working with Charlie, he really took the time to understood my requirements and suggested me to re-consider a flat I had viewed in August. Charlie sent me a video to recall my memory. My family and I had a second viewing a few days later. After a few days of negotiations, heavily assisted by Charlie, the price was finally agreed on with both sides. We are very happy as a family and we look forward to completing the deal

I'm a flat owner and I've used Prime London to manage my London flat for about 18 months. They've been great. I was recommended to them by the building concierge because they were good to deal with from the building management side. They've handled things really well - the odd problems that have come up as well as the day-to-day stuff. My main contacts have been Shannon and Elyse and I would really recommend them - they get stuff done promptly and keep me informed.

Prime London Residential Lettings have handled my rental for 4 years now, fully managed they initially put a good tenant in with no issues and they always react quickly to anything that needs repairing or such. Shannon and all the team members are pleasant to deal with and know their business! Highly recommend them

I cannot recommend Shannon and Elyse at Prime London highly enough - they are diligent, commercially aware, reliable and switched on. Nothing is ever too much trouble, it is clear that they enjoy what they do and have appropriate contacts for all issues relating to property maintenance. Devon was a wonderful letting agent who showed us the flat we then moved into and answered all our questions during the viewing. I do wish we were told about the fee to use the pool and the gym, but it's likely not on him and it's not too big of a deal.
After a bit of initial unresponsiveness from Prime London when I needed some of the issues with the flat addressed (for which I've knocked a star), Charlize took over and has been outstanding since! She has been prompt with her responses and is very understanding, even going so far as to goad the landlord to fix the issues, and thus has surpassed
