Dr Mandy is a private Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with children and adolescents, and their families. She is committed to establishing a nurturing and supportive therapeutic environment in which the child can truly resolve their difficulties and improve their overall quality of life.
Sharon studied Childcare and Education and gained her NNEB (National Nursery Examination Board) Diploma in 1992. Throughout her childcare career, Sharon has worked in a range of childcare settings with children aged 3 months to 5 years and in a variety of roles from Nursery Nurse to Day Nursery Manager of a 160-place nursery.
Harriet is a Clinical Psychologist and is also accredited in the use of Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Adolescents (IPT-A), by IPT-UK. She has worked within NHS services with people experiencing a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety and worry, self-harm, Autism Spectrum Conditions, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours.
Lucie is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience working in the NHS and Social Care. She has special interests in attachment, trauma and helping people to process their emotions and past experiences.
Lucie is a firm believer in the power of relationships in shaping and changing our development, and is keen on the emerging neuroscience behind psychological recovery and the nervous system, and also the brain's amazing capacity for change.Lucie takes a warm and empathic approach to forming relationships with her clients networks, so that they can feel understood and supported.

She enjoys working with children, young people and their families using evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with attention to systemic factors and has an interest in Compassion Focused Therapy. Caroline recently worked for seven years in a local Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) offering specialist mental health assessments and delivering CBT for anxiety disorders and depression.
