Established in 1983, we are Northern Ireland's largest house builder, creating over 250 homes each year. Our objective is to transform innovative and creative designs into practical and stylish homes.

Recently, we have been working through our plans and procedures and implementing government and industry guidance for returning to construction activities. Lagan Homes is taking this issue seriously and the safety and well-being of our staff and customers is our first priority. To celebrate #NationalApprenticeWeek we headed onto one of our sites in Bangor to see if we could spot some apprentices working hard on site.

If i could give them no stars i would, We had no communication throughout the conveyancing, 10 weeks before the set completion date of our build Lagan pulled out with no reason other than a lack of legal documents on file, We were left with weeks to find a new home and purchase it before we were homeless after our home was sold. We sent various emails and left messages and voicemails with no call back or acknowledgement, bearing in mind we were already Lagan homes customers and had purchased two years ago from another of their developments. No communication, they ignored our requests for updates
