I bought my new home at Fairview Farm as I wanted to downsize and move into something that is easy to maintain in my later years, a new home really gives me that peace of mind. I choose Fairview Farm as it is in a great location, my home is not overlooked and it was fantastic value for money. As we are downsizing, we thought it was important to buy a new home with a great energy rating which would be easy to maintain.

I moved into a hagan home just before lockdown and contacted them regarding information I needed regarding the kitchen in my home.I dealt with a guy called Harrison who I felt really went out of his way to go back into records and quickly find what I needed…very professional and great customer service!

I have just moved into my new Hagan Home in Belfast which was by far the most affordable and high quality house on the market. Everything from the construction to finish to customer service has been top notch, couldn’t recommend more. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

Absolutely terrible. Henry is like dealing with a damp rag. I bought a house in the Salmon Leap 2 years ago for my daughter. They don't stand over anything. Once you sign the dotted line, good luck. Avoid!

I bought a home (brand new) from Hagan Homes in August, 2020. It is now May 2021 and I have today been instructed by Hagan Homes to submit claims through NHBC for the issues/snags with the house as opposed to having their contractor/builder address the issues.
It has been 9 months of non-stop issues including damp, cracked and damaged windows, poorly fitted front door, drafts from all external doors, lumps under the carpets, substandard plaster finishes, poor tiling, loose wires, damaged patio tiles, plug sockets with no power, garden is like a field - not a lawn, to name but a few issues.

Hagan Homes were extremely quick and efficient - I viewed a house still being built in May and was in it by September. Martin the foreman encouraged me to raise any issues I experienced after moving in, and these were resolved in a fuss free manner. Great selection of tiles etc offered to suit all tastes, I would definitely recommend

Our initial dealings with Hagan were problematic due to our assigned representative, Henry, whose level of communication left us in the dark for a number of months before our moving date came and then caused some issues with our agreed handover.
Since moving, we have encountered some issues with WiFi installation which were out of Hagan's hands, but a customer relations officer, Harrison, has been fantastic in making sure all of our complications, despite being outside his level of responsibility, have been seen to.

I purchased my home in March and everything went very smooth. I can only speak on my dealings with Hagan homes and have only positive things to say. My home was finished to a very high standard and was very pleased with how responsive Hagan where when I had any queries. If I needed to I would use them again but I've bought my dream home so hopefully I don't lol. (Maybe if I win the lottery).

As a first time buyer, deciding on ‘the home’ can be a daunting task. Hagan Homes took this stress away from me and my partner, from the first consultation to the day we picked up the keys.
Any small issues we had were quickly corrected, the customer service was first class and the standard of work is outstanding. Clean, professional and well finished.
We shopped around for a long, long time before deciding on Hagan Homes. All the staff were so lovely to me and my partner Linda. From Big Sam the bricky, to young Harrison on the phone. To everyone involved I would like to say thank you.
