Was given incorrect information about vehicle before purchase. I left a deposit on a vehicle then emailed to confirm if this vehicle was RWD and if it had Adaptive cruise. I was emailed back saying it was RWD above there signature on the email then below the signature saying it wasnt . Also emailed confirming it did indeed have adaptive cruise. We paid for the vehicle then did a 400 miles round trip to collect this. When we returned we discovered that the vehicle didnt have adaptive cruise and the saleman didnt know enough and shouldnt have confirmed that it did. The Director has refused to collect

We have just bought a Citroen Berlingo from Avondale Motor Park and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. We chose and reserved the vehicle online with a small deposit. We were sent a video of the vehicle during the preparation and then paid the balance via bank transfer. A very friendly gentleman delivered the van to us in Shropshire, along with our paperwork and keys. So easy! The van is completely as described and we were reassured as it came with a 6 month RAC platinum warranty. The bodywork and upholstery are in fantastic condition and the back very clean with ply lining. My

Very Unreliable very be careful who you dealing with !! Unfortunately I bought ford transit British Gas van of them for courier job and told them need good van for delivery job after one week engine warning comes up and engine start to losing power I told them they said take to garage and we will pay for it ! I took a week off till booking day after resolving problem they refused to pay it .why!!! They said Because I’m using the van for delivery job . In this case I’ll take further action and complain them ! Likely I’ll loose my job so do trust any dealers!!

I purchased my car from Avondale Motorpark. The turn around from test drive to pick up was very quick. They gave me a very good price on my old car in part exchange. And I was more than happy after being ripped off at Trade Centre Wales (they over valued the car so I would never be able to pay the settlement with the sale of the car) I came out with a better monthly amount on finance thanks to Avondale. I am very pleased with my purchase. I noticed a few weeks in the car was a bit shaky at high speed so i gave Avondale a quick phone call to which they told me to bring it in and they will get it
