Ordered a Ford Ranger from Vanzone in August 2021, with delivery date of September 2021. Vehicle was delayed until October, but couldn't be sold until a nationwide "seat belt recall" was resolved. Fault was fixed in December, but couldn't be sold to me because of a "registration block" set by Ford. I was verbally promised to receive the vehicle before Christmas, because the vehicle had to be registered before EOY or it would be "scrapped" due to new vehicle rules/requirements starting January 1st 2022.

I ordered a van for our charity and got let down and couldn’t get our deposit back.
Poor from start to finish. 6 months of shoddy service.
The customer service manager failed to call me back on more than one occasion; if the customer service manager can’t keep her word why should anyone else?
All very convenient when they don’t seem to want to refund your deposit.
What is the business model? Keep everyone’s deposit for as long as possible by ignoring them?
They’ll probably add a comment after this review and say it’s slanderous/false/blame global issues etc etc etc but there is

Vanzone were great to deal with, kept me up to date on my van delivery date progress, obviously everyone has been waiting for new vans!!, also kept to the originally agreed price, even though during the wait for my van, van prices were going higher and higher, pleasure to deal with from start to finish 👍 very happy!!

Great experience with Van Zone when ordering my 1st van from them.
A little bit of a misunderstanding to begin with.
Spoke with management and its all sorted now in a very professional and efficient manner.
The team is very polite and good to deal with and management is 1st class.
Will be back in the future for sure.

The sales process was very efficient, they kept me informed as the van was delayed which was not their fault. The issue arose with delivery, the van was delivered filthy and with a scuff mark to the bumper (this is despite it being a brand new van). The delivery driver signed off the delivery himself and left the keys giving me no opportunity to check the van. I sent photos to Vanzone and did not get any reply, I emailed them again saying I wanted to complain and have heard nothing.

Really good price, initial dealings with Dale were excellent, he was polite, professional and found an appropriate selection of vehicles for me quickly. There were understandable delays due to the pandemic and Brexit, however Clare from customer service worked extremely hard to keep me up to date with the progress of the vehicle, and the vehicle was delivered by a friendly driver. Will use again.

The Team at Vanzone really looked after me . As i was nervous , having not bought a vehicle this way before. They were great. Found a brilliant van for me . (Couple minor issues too sort out). But overall , a Lovely van. Bearing in mind ,I am quite fussy as this is going to be my personal vehicle , not for any business use. Arrived on the date they said , Spec and colour exactly as described . Platinum Grey with Alloys, so cool.
