I can't thank John enough for his selfless attitude to the service he is providing here. If you need a tree surgeon who is sensitive to the needs of the trees then definitely this is the place to go. I highly recommend it and now know where to go if I need them in the future too.
I have two trees that are not wanted by the neighbours. But these trees in themselves are beautiful old trees that harm no one. They are on my property. Unfortunately I had to consult Tree surgeons in the town to see what I can do to appease the neighbour and it looked like nothing short of taking it down would satisfy

Jon and his team were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job in clearing away two trees and three stumps removed from the ground despite bad weather conditions.
All the debris was neatly cleared away and the price was less than I was expecting as well.
Excellent job Jon and I would highly recommend this firm.

I've used Jonny and his team a couple of times now. He's a reliable, courteous and professional guy. The key thing that stands out about him is his genuine interest in trees and coming up with a workable solution for you. Others are just keen to hack things down and basically just remove a tree, but if you want some who understands trees and making a solution that also preserves them, Jonny is your man.
He also leaves the site immaculate after the work. A true professional who takes pride in his work and enjoys working with trees! He's got a great friendly team with him too. Highly recommended

Jon and the team did a great job on the twisted willow in my back garden.
They came round very soon after quoting for the work which was great. The best options were discussed and we came up with a plan to retain the Willow but "Pollard" it back as it had become much too large to handle.
They left a clean and tidy site after.
In addition the cost of the work was very competitive, being approximately a quarter of the cost quoted from another well known tree care firm.

Jon and his team turned up and worked efficiently during the day. As the house has just been renovated, they took utmost care to ensure the cutting and debris removal was done without disruption. We had 2 trees removed, with the stumps ground, and 2 further trees were trimmed back and made safe. A great job done by a great team. Would definitely use again for any further forestry needs.

Jon and his team felled a huge, diseased Scots Pine in my garden on Thursday 13th August. They were brilliant and I marvelled at the skill it took to remove this tree in such a confined space! Very professional and they cleared away every scrap of wood. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Having done a brilliant job felling this tree, Jon and his team sourced and planted a lovely silver birch tree on 22nd December to replace it. I would always go to Big Heart Tree Care!
