My experience was pleasant, the scan was performed on time and finished quicker than anticipated. The office was clean and bright and the Christmas decorations were very nice.
Shannon, at the front desk was helpful with the paperwork, had a pretty smile & a sweet personality. David, who did my MRI was very pleasant & gave helpful instructions.
I will recommend Proscan Imaging to others.

Shannon, the front desk coordinator, was awesome! I was told they didn't have the correct paperwork from the Dr an hour before my appointment. She called the Dr and got everything worked out and I was able to have the scan! Shannon, who did the scan, was kind and considerate and very efficient. The office is lovely and I had a great experience.

All of the personnel at the Crestview Hills office were very professional, helpful and caring. They were very patient and helpful in making me as comfortable as possible. I have developed claustrophobia as I've gotten older and they worked with me to allow me to complete my MRI so I could receive further treatment later on the same day. ProScan imaging is the only provider that I trust with my imaging needs.

Edgewood facility convenient. Staff wonderful. Scan images very good. Radiologist readings lacked some detail and seemed rushed not carefully comparing to previous studies to identify relevant pathology. Additional readings elsewhere provided the detail necessary to identify relevant pathology for my optimal care.

The Northern Kentucky Proscan location far exceeded my expectations. A far superior experience to having your MRI done at the hospital and at a FRACTION of the cost!!
The staff were super friendly.
The place is squeaky clean and inviting.
The imaging technician is knowledgeable and sweet.
And as a physician who has spent a great deal of time reading MRI images, I can say the image quality is EXCELLENT.
Overall a great experience. I hope I don’t need any further imaging, but if I do, I will definitely return here!

A truly wonderful and professional medical services imaging provider. Clean and zoned for CoViD-19 and area cross contamination prevention. Very attentive to patients needs from entry to exit. Easily seen from road with plenty of parking. Handicap accessible. Not appropriate for bringing children along especially during the pandemic. Images available on disc.
