I have the worst credit score ever. Never thought I'd be able to get a car, but quess what I've got one, only with the help off these fabulous people .I couldn't fault them from start to finish they've achieved the impossible,their customer service is amazing. I was looking for certain things in my car like sat nav Bluetooth and other things and they managed to get me that and alot more. I dealt with Oliver from start to finish. He was amazing at sorting out the car I wanted. They got back to me within 1 hour to say my finance application had been accepted. Everything was completed within hours. I have just done my security check and my car will be delivered on the wkend. I applied for finance through Luv Car Loans not expecting to be accepted! When I received the acceptance email I was pleasantly surprised. My credit rating is classed as poor so I was expecting a very high interest rate. I couldnāt of been more wrong.
Fantastic interest rate; well below my monthly payment budget of Ā£200. Sam who dealt with my ever changing demands over WhatsApp was amazing from start to end, even coming in on his day off to get things sorted.

They couldn't have been more helpful! I don't have the best credit rating and my husband's car had broken down so we really thought we were stuck. After contacting another company I was told I couldn't get car finance unless I had a guarantor...not with Luv Car Loans! They managed to sort the affordable finance, listened to me when I gave them the most I could afford monthly and found me a car close to where I live! All the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently without any hidden catches or clauses. Stefan was the lovely bloke that helped me and I cannot fault the customer service. 10 out

Poor credit history, searched everywhere... not a problem! They give you a chance and trust you. Provide professional and friendly service. Quick and efficient! The agent in charge of my application William L. was always going beyond my request and worked hard to find me the car that ticked all the boxes I wish it has!!!
