Services
Dumfries Freight Are Specialists in bulk tipper haulage of grains, seeds and feeds to/from the UK and Ireland. We also hold Waste Carrier Certificates, complying with the safe drawing of waste material throughout Ireland and the UK. We're fully TASCC approved for the responsible movement of grains, animal feed materials and as-grown seeds, and we operate a dedicated fleet of from new trailers, which exclusively handle these products.
Our company has two key activities, and while our uniformly liveried fleet are virtually indistinguishable when you see us on the road, it's comprised of two distinct and never cross-purposing divisions. We are industry compliant and certified across all of our operations. TASCC is the Trade Assurance Scheme for Combinable Crops whose purpose is to guarantee the integrity of farmed produce between the farm and delivery to the first processor.
Our extensive nationwide fleet is constantly updated with brand new trucks which stand out with our distinctive, modern livery, and each one is trackable, anywhere in the country, 24/7. A full time skilled maintenance team ensure that we're always moving, and our clients know that when their haulage requirements are being handled by Dumfries Freight, it's in responsible hands.
We also hold Waste Carrier Certificates for the drawing of waste material throughout Ireland and the UK, ensuring our uncompromising approach to the highest standards of safety and service, and as a separate division of our activities a sister fleet operates with these materials only.
Operating to the highest standards in health and safety, and implementing our own stringent codes of practice, our fleet efficiently cover the UK and Ireland, transporting metal and glass waste in dedicated tippers, to be recycled as renewable materials.

Reg No. JXZ1372 belonging to Dumfries Freight Ltd - Extremely dangerous driving. Tailgated me almost the entire journey on the A6108 on the 24th Jan 2022 at 20H05 onwards even though I was driving at the speed limit. Eventually got to the 40mph speed marker outside Ripon North Yorkshire and this driver overtook me clocking at least 50mph over white line (see picture) and blind bend. Continued past the 30mph markers at at least the same speed (see picture) and vanished out of sight. I was a few hundred yards away from the intersection at the clock tower in Ripon and the driver was already heading
