My daughter and I didn't always own the whole company. Our story began when we bought our first franchise in Chicago back in 2007 when planning Erin's wedding. Then, we opened our second store and we both knew that this was our passion. We love fashion, business, and just simply love weddings. I normally don't leave bad reviews but I am sorely disappointed I ever reached out to this company. Long story short - they never answer the phone, their email response time is unbearably slow, and you won't get your orders on time. Looks like I'm not the only one who has had this experience either. I would recommend looking elsewhere!

Such a pleasant client experience from the time I made my appointment online to their flexibility of allowing me to come in at a later time to me coming in.
I was greeted and they knew exactly who I was as they greeted me by name. They had the dress style ready alongside the changing room.
She took my measurements and had me photo my size sheet alongside explaining the ordering process for me.
Not sure what parking is like but I did see limited parking in the front in back

From the moment I called and spoke to Bethany to make an appointment for my daughter, I knew she would be in great hands. Bethany was so easy to work with, experienced and very helpful. My daughter found the perfect dress she really liked that looked great on her. Bethany had her try on samples requested by my other daughter, the bride, and guided her to the correct size to order. I live in Miami and was not able to be there for the fitting but I knew Bethany would be sure everything was taken care of. So grateful when experiences are this pleasant. Words cannot adequately express my disappointment and frustration at the complete lack of professionalism and customer service at this establishment. My fellow bridesmaids and I ordered dresses for a friend's wedding back in spring of this year for a December wedding. The dresses were promised by the end of September. When September came and went without us receiving our dresses, my friend, the bride, reached out to find out an ETA—only to learn that there was no guarantee the dresses would be ready in time. She requested a refund for all our dresses; no bride nor her bridal party wants to wait

My bridesmaids ordered their dresses 9 MONTHS before the wedding date. The expected delivery date for the dresses was Sept 25. When none of the ladies received their dresses by Oct 1, I called and emailed Bella's Bridesmaids several times before I could get anyone on the phone. Once I did, the lady told me she couldn't guarantee the dresses would arrive by the wedding date. At this point, I'm 6 weeks away from my wedding

Horrible place to buy bridesmaid dresses, I ordered my dress over 7 months ago and my niece's wedding is in 10 days and still have not received my dress!!! Do not order from here, there's a good chance my dress won't even come and my niece's wedding will be ruined because BELLA BRIDESMAIDS COULDN'T get their dresses in on time!! I had an amazing experience with the team at Bella Bridesmaids. Trinh was very patient and helped us get exactly what we need. She was also so helpful making sure my girls were in good hands with sizing and alterations since not all could be there in person to try on ahead of time. So happy I found this place! The made to order model means the selection is huge; it was overwhelming at first. Trinh had already pulled some things based on my notes and it was spot on! She really understood my vision right away and was able to help pull together a beautiful collection for my bridesmaids.

We had begun working together at the start of COVID19, and I was so impressed with her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond when it came to helping me choose bridesmaid dresses for my girls. I will first start of that they do have nice quality dresses BUT the costumer service if horrible and they are very unorganized. I, the bride first checked it out before sending my girls thinking this place is okay. Little did I know what coming and what a mess things would turn into! Warning there people will not help other than take you measurements, so if the dress end up not fitting your bridesmaid once the dress is in then your are screwed ALSO they even misplaced some of the forms.

As previously mentioned by other reviewers, I would NOT recommend this store to anyone with PLUS SIZE bridesmaids. When I called to make my appointment, I told them the types of dress my sister-in-law wanted me to try on and then mentioned that I'm slightly bigger to make sure there would be dresses to try on in those styles that would fit me. I was ensured that they carry bigger sizes and then pin you into the dress so you get a better sense of what the dress would look like in the correct size.

First impression of this store was that it was alittle difficult to find. The store is not visible on the street. There is a door that has a sign that lists Bella Bridesmaids and then you would need go up the stairs and go to the second to last door in a hallway. Parking is convenient and free for 2 hours across the street. Me and the bride was alittle upset with first talking to the sales associate due to mis communication. We called in two weeks prior to change our appointment from 10am to 1pm but they never recorded that. Therefore when we checked in with a sales associate they said we missed

After driving 45 minutes from the Valley to our appointment we realized that the street where this place is at was closed off for some type of street fair. It took us 15 minutes to FINALLY find parking and about another 10 minutes to walk to the shop (that's how far I parked).
We get to the shop, knock on the door only to have some pink hair girl greet us with "We don't take walk ins" instead of "Hi, can I help you ?" I proceed to explain that I had an appointment and why we were late. Her

You would imagine businesses in this industry would be extremely customer-centric, but Bella Bridesmaids was a huge disappointment. I planned a trip to LA with my 6 bridesmaids and booked an hour long appointment here, planning to surprise them by buying them all their dresses. To prepare, I took two of them to a different location (in Arizona), which unbeknownst to me, made that location my home store, causing the LA location to change my 1 hour appointment to 30 minutes without notifying me until the day before when they confirmed my appointment.
