I have been a tenant with Stadium Residential over the past year and I have nothing but great things to say about Alex and the rest of the team. Alex has always provided great communication between us and the landlady. Not to mention, the company really had my back when I needed support in extending the contract for our flat. I am only leaving due to personal reasons, but if I return, I will without a doubt be seeking their services again. Staff are both professional and friendly, and the process couldn't be easier: everything is done digitally, including signatures, deposit, and move-in report. The concierge and maintenance are all accessible via the building management system.

I leased a property managed by Stadium Residential and cannot be more complimentary about the team and their professionalism. During my lease I mainly engaged with Goran and Graham who were extremely helpful (including the one time I locked myself out and needed to come to the office to pick up their spare key). This is an extremely responsible and reasonable housing agency that responds to tenants' requests on time. The house is of good quality and can be repaired in time if there is any problem inside. The staff are very experienced, well-bred and knowledgeable, offering a lot of help during our stay. You will find it hard to regret choosing this agency.
