Our machine shop is based on Hurco machining centers with Sumitomo tooling supported by a range of NC conventional milling and turning equipment. The Mazak Quick Turn SMART 200M with milling function & Hydrafeed MV65 Bar feeder combines Productivity, High Accuracy and High Reliability, to deliver incredible performance, offering 350mm in machining diameter and up to 65mm in bar diameter.

Founded in 1990 and employing six staff, Venture Precision undertakes CNC machining services to the highest quality standards serving clients across a wide range of markets including the automotive, locomotive, surface treatment, food and furnace manufacturing markets.
Our facilities include modern CNC machine centers all of which is less than 2 years old, as well as a full compliment of conventional machines for milling, turning and grinding etc.We specialise in one off and small batch production for milled components up to 26"x14"x18" and turned components up to 12" and 23" between centers although for special jobs larger capacities can be handled.

We offer 3 axis vertical CNC milling services suited to components up to 660x356x457mm using the latest Hurco Max Control technology. Combined with highly skilled engineers and quality tooling this allows us to produce precision components quickly with absolute repeatability.

We undertake a range of conventional machining services including milling and turning. Conventional machining is often a more efficient method of production for simple small batch work as well as large difficult to hold items. A large amount of our work involves part copy as well as component repair, all of which is better suited to conventional machining.
We undertake prototype machining of billet machined components, machined castings and assemblies. Working closely with the customer we can assist in design development advising on best machining practices, materials and production techniques. As a small dynamic company we are also happy to undertake revisions, usually at short notice.
We undertake small to medium volume production machining in most materials. Typical batches are between 10-500 off although we can handle much higher volumes depending on component size and complexity. We aim to offer a fast turn around, even at short notice. As a small dynamic operation with planned redundant capacity we have the flexibility to begin production on most orders quickly.
