An obvious statement but often overlooked. At Curvature Group we understand and value the benefits of long-term client relationship. To maintain this level of commitment by our clients, we learned some time ago that it is necessary to evolve with them as they develop their own working practices. As design trends change, so do materials, new manufacturing processes and surface treatments.
Curvature Group are looking for a bright, motivated and enthusiastic young person to join their CAD/CAM machining facility on Monument Park, Chalgrove OX44 7EW. Ideally the role would suit someone in their early to mid-twenties and who already has had some experience of industry. Previous experience in either CAD or CAM is of benefit although not essential.
Curvature Group has been associated with the aerospace industry since 1953. We can cater for one-off interactive demonstration models as well as short-run production (typically from between 25 - 500 units) of liveried desktop models or larger. The aerospace sector not only covers commercial airlines, we are also very much involved with the defence sector of the aerospace industry.
Our automotive credits to date involve more recently a fully interactive computer controlled interior instrument binnacle, centre console, switchgear and steering wheel for the Seat Tribu concept car first exhibited at the Frankfurt Motorshow in 2007. This was followed in 2008 with a fully working complete exterior LED lighting solution for the Land Rover LRX concept car.
This area has been serviced for the past 17 years under the Benchmark name and has traded on its reputation of being regarded throughout industry as a premier supplier of full appearance models. Accolades include being Nokia's globally ranked No1 vendor for 3 years running. Since coming under the Curvature Group umbrella, facility sharing of a far greater level has enabled this division to grow in strength.
