My favourite place in the world!
I've been coming to the Jinney Ring regularly since I was 4 years old, I'm now 29, and ever since being a young girl feeding the ducks would say I wanted to get married here. When I was proposed to 3 years ago I didnt even consider anywhere else for our wedding, and 3 years later we had our amazing day here. They couldn't do enough for us, everything was literally perfect. The food was, as it always is, incredible. Everyone said how amazing it was and the portions were brilliant. Amanda and Carolyn were always there to help and I'm just so happy with everything

Always worth a visit either for that special gift for someone or just for a cup of tea and a slice of their delicious cake. We bought some lovely icicles from the glass blowers on site they look fantastic on the tree.

Recently chose to have the Jinney Ring host mine and my new wife's wedding. What an exceptional experience. The day was managed splendidly, with not a thing out of place (which certainly alleviated both mine and the bride's worries!!). The staff on shift were attentive and responded to any questions/requests professionally and promptly, ensuring smooth running of the event in general. The food. Was. Incredible. Choosing a traditional Sunday/Christmas dinner was always going to raise eyebrows as a wedding breakfast, but the Jinney Rings kitchen produced a fine array of food to satisfy all the carnivores

Lovely and relaxing, and the food is delicious. My Mom and I loved visiting Jinny Ring and feeding the ducks and moorhens was always comical. Lovely walks in the surrounding area. And I recommend popping up to Hanbury Church to check out the views 🙂

A great restaurant (desserts were delicious!), Great craft shops (glass blowing, chocolate, beer, leather, etc.). Perfect place to start or end a walk (longest is over 6 miles but you can make it shorter).
Restaurant is trialing dogs in the conservatory which was great.
Worth visiting.

Had lunch here. Very good food and service with the option of eating outside overlooking the lake. Then spent an hour browsing the gift and craft shops. I especially loved the variety of blown glass (you can watch as it's being made). Also impressed by the craft beer and chocolate shop and the excellent service.

The Jinney Ring opened in 1980 and was the brainchild of Richard and Jenny Greatwood, former Herefordshire farmers. It is situated in a tiny village called Hanbury, in Bromsgrove, 18 miles from Birmingham city centre, and 5 miles from Redditch. It was very easy to find, as it is not far off the A38 and is sign-posted most of the way.

The car park at first glance looks very small, but once you get in the courtyard, the track leads round to the left to reveal a big car park. Whether it would be big enough on a weekend, I'm not entirely convinced; we went on a Friday, and the actual centre

The Jinny Ring Craft Centre is a lovely place to pass away a few hours. Based in Hanbury Village it comprises several barns converted into workshops and retail outlets selling jewellery, art work, cards/stationery, gifts, clothing and much more. There is also a lovely restaurant where you can either have a snack or a meal - in good weather sit outside and enjoy the lovely view or in cold weather sit inside beside the open fire.

A lovely little craft centre type place out in the countryside between Redditch and bromsgrove, I'd say it's well worth a visit, especially worth a visit around christmas time.

The Jinney Ring is an attractive craft centre found in a set of farm buildings in beautiful countryside in Hanbury. It's more than just a craft centre, the whole atmosphere of the place harks back to times gone by. In the summer, you can sit in the beautifully landscaped gardens, with a view of the Malvern Hills, breathing in the peace and quiet, save the noise of the ducks.
The buildings are converted into craft studios where you can buy unique jewellery, art, pottery, glass, felt and there's even a violin maker. Go along to be inspired and to support these talented local artisans.
