Richard Wiles surveyed my home and went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much. After the survey I would often call to check something as I was very often over anxious buying my first home. It was never too much trouble. I emailed him last week 6 months or more after the survey to ask his advise on something and he emailed a long letter of advice. I would highly recommend this outstanding gentleman.

Do not use them. They are completely incompetent. Used the price of a nearby flat as a comparable for a house valuation ! Hard to believe but true. Complain to RICS and get them struck off. Absolutely hopeless.
