Our breakfast room will be re-configured to aid social distancing. Time slots for breakfast will be allocated to you or a grab and go option will be available for you to eat in your room at your chosen time. Room 6 will have breakfast served in the conservatory until social distancing has been removed.
The Crannog is a favourite Fort William restaurant of ours and is renowned for its quality and style. The restaurant is a converted fisherman's bait shed and situated directly on Fort William's Town pier. The Lime Tree restaurant is a firm favourite with the Ashburn house family. We have celebrated many family birthdays there and is one of our first stops when we have friends in town.
Travelling on A82, enter 30 mph zone continue until you see Fort William Yacht Club on your left (only building on that side) Turn right onto Ashburn Lane, turn left into our car park. Travelling on A82, go through Fort William town, through West End Roundabout, A82 signed for Glasgow, we are on left hand side about 200 yards from roundabout.

We received such a warm greeting when we arrived. The room was beautiful and were blown away by the personal touches. The bed is very comfy, the views are gorgeous and the breakfast is delicious. Try the strawberry and blueberry waffles, you won’t be disappointed! Trev and Hayley took over the guesthouse two years ago and you can clearly see they have put a lot of time and effort into updating the decor and giving the whole house a fresh and modern look. We stayed in Room 1. It is by far the best guesthouse we have stayed in. We will definitely be recommending it to others and are in the process

Absolutely lovely comfortable accommodation kept spotless. Close to centre of Fort William. Views from my bedroom over Loch Linnhe just perfect. Yet to have breakfast but Hayley the owner has gone out of her way to ensure I get the breakfast I asked for. Very good social distance and sanitising has been undertaken. Would well recommend a stay here.

Fantastic stay at Ashburn House. Friendly and accomodating host; lovely room with very comfortable bed and nice warm shower; delicious and extremely generously portioned breakfast. It’s worth knowing that it is more reasonable to book directly with Ashburn House than to use a booking site. Highly recommend staying here.

For our holidays we had to stay at several B&B, hotels and Airbnb. I can say without hesitation Ashburn House was on the top of the list.
In these times of COVID, the level of cleanliness of the whole place was spot on. The bed, the towels and the toilet were spotless and odour-free.
The bed was very comfortable and ensured a night of deep sleep.
Location wise, Ashburn House is about 10 min walking from the town centre and there is parking inside the premises just behind the house.
Breakfast and the attention of the hosts were beyond expectations.
Without hesitation, I fully recommend Ashburn

This place is a really wonderful B&B. I felt welcomed and well cared-for by the hosts, who went out of their way to make my stay as nice as possible. It's in a great location, an easy walk from the high street with fantastic views of the Loch. My room was clean and quiet and I slept like a log. Would recommend.
