From the outset in 1998 we have been passionate about both the interpretation of our clients needs and delivering solutions that work. Whilst most jobs involve insulated panels and temperature control systems thereafter every job becomes a bespoke solution for an individual process.

As well as a competent administration team we have a skilled and stable team of engineers with individual areas of expertise split into two departments, 'Service' which comprises breakdown and maintenance and 'Installation'.The majority of our work is carried out in-house but we also have a reliable network of subcontractors to ensure we can offer a complete turnkey solution.

Insulated panels have a white food-safe finish and are widely used in the food industry for constructing internal walls and ceilings, they can be used to form civil areas and changing rooms, storage and processing areas, blast or storage fridges and freezers.

Insulation in the panel core is either PIR or mineral fibre with an associated FR30 or FR60 fire rating that satisfies current requirements from both the fire officer and insurance companies.We deal with some of the largest and smallest names in food production in the South West and offer a bespoke in-house design and build service that covers all aspects of work involved in construction of coldrooms and processing areas.

Refrigeration units range from compact systems designed to maintain a target temperature in a small coldroom up to significantly larger systems which provide process cooling for manufacturers. The majority of our installations are cooling only but we also specialise in systems that include humidity control for specific applications including cheese processing and biltong manufacturing.

We offer extensive breakdown and maintenance cover 24 hours a day 365 days a year with a target response time of 4 hours for emergency breakdowns. Based in Exeter, our team of trained engineers are committed to providing a prompt and efficient service to all our customers. We aim to repair the fault on the first visit utilising our fleet of fully stocked vehicles, backed up by comprehensive workshop stock.

Using RDM programmable controllers and associated software we can produce bespoke programmes to suit any process. Refrigeration controls that follow a specific cooling curve with a countdown timer and product menu for different profiles. Heating, cooling and humidity control with cycle selection and operator modifiable parameters.
