Services
Refcool routinely carries out full turnkey installations of cooling systems often comprising chillers, free-coolers, adiabatic coolers and associated ancillary equipment such as tanks and pump-sets. We can provide both mechanical and electrical services and where required also provide full schematic design drawings.
Using the deep engineering experience in Refcool, we can offer a design and build service for bespoke refrigeration and temperature control equipment. For small production runs and prototypes they can be cost effectively built in our own premises by our qualifed F gas engineers. For larger production runs Refcool can use its extensive network of overseas manufacturers to help to source and maintain quality.
Refcool provide a comprehensive package of aftercare to clients throughout the UK. Our engineers are experienced in working on all the main process chiller brands. We service air and water cooled chillers as well as airblast cooler systems. We are competent to work on all refrigerant compressor types and have a deep knowledge of their specific application.
We are a UK manufacturer of specialist chillers and cooling equipment and are also distributors, installers and service providers for a select group of leading European manufacturers. We can supply chillers of all capacities from single phase laboratory style chillers below 1kW to central chiller systems over 1MW.
After being selected to quote based upon previous projects evidenced on our website, Refcool was subsequently asked to design and manufacture a bespoke, high quality, critical cooling system for a life sciences application. 2 chillers, duty and back up were mounted on a split skid to allow for ease of disassembly after factory acceptance tests and thereby allowing passage through a tight access route into the end users premises.
