About me; I have spent around 10 years in the painting side of the motor trade, mainly painting and refurbishing alloy wheels, brake calipers and motorbike parts for other companies, as well as machine polishing top-end interior and exterior detailing. I have done some incredibly custom work and have been lucky enough to work on some truly amazing cars.

Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel Refurbishment is one of the sought-after services by our customers. We offer diamond cutting for any suitable wheel, from existing diamond cut finish wheels that just need refurbishing to OEM or none diamond cut wheels that are of a style that could be custom cut.
If you have kerbed a wheel and just need the face or lip re-cutting then we can do this without refurbing the entire wheel, most modern diamond cut alloys are powder coated so will benefit from a full acid strip, shotblast, re-colour and a re-cut before being powder coated in a durable, antiscratch clearcoat.

Went to Dan after my father had his 911 wheels fully refurbed and finished in a shadow chrome. The finish was spot on and after having my own wheels on my Audi bodged at another shop I knew I needed Dan to completely strip them down and get them looking the way I wanted. The job was a tricky one as I had the outer edge finished in shadow chrome and the main part of the spokes in gloss black, but the end result was superb and couldn't have hoped for them to look any better.

Dan is a magician, he went above and beyond! I needed my calipers and discs painted and he gave me various paint options on my initial visit. I also needed the wheels refurbishing and a dent removing from one of the alloy rims. Dan's knowledge, creativity, enthusiasm and honesty shone through. Upon completion Dan sent me the images and I thought, looking good. The day I collected my van, I walked into the workshop and what I saw was stunning. It was one of those moments that I won't forget, you deserve every success. I highly recommend this business, I'll be back.

After having my bike wheel damaged by a local powder-coaters I took them to Dan Merrin Wheels quite worried to leave them with any companies for fear of further damage.
After 10 minutes with Dan and a cup of coffee I couldn’t have felt more relaxed or confident that I’d gone to the right place and left my wheels in good hands.
What Dan and his team doesn’t know about paint, wheels, and quality just isn’t worth knowing.
I am glad I went, and I will continue to take any further work to Dan as the work he does is to the highest standards I think I’ve ever seen.
