I recently worked with Ascendant as a temp. I had contact with both Carrie and Anna and as I said to Carrie I was so impressed with their approach, miles ahead of the competition, swift, responsive, personable, energetic...
Though I picked up a permanent role with another recruiter I felt much more aligned with Ascendant and it was a very close… call with the role that they found me, honestly it was a shame that it didn't go though this team as they were so helpful.
Carrie even offered some honest insight when I was weighing up the roles and I cannot say how much I appreciated that genuine

Carrie from Ascendant Recruitment got me a number of good interviews during the COVID19 pandemic when jobs in my industry were hard to come by. Now working very comfortably as an account manager at a job with better prospects than any previous roll I’ve had. Carrie was easy to get in touch with and supportive throughout. Great recruitment agency, lovely staff and very personable. Especially Anna who reached out to me as I had applied for a job through a jobsite and she had a list of jobs she thought would be suitable for me and my skillset. Before I started a temp role at Ascendant I had terrible experiences with recruiters. Always call you up, give you false hope, never hear from them again. This has completely changed my opinion. Straight from the off Carrie was always honest about the process. Was always there for when I needed things being done. Now I have returned from furlough if I was looking for a new role in the future I know who I’d be going to first, and that would be Ascendant Recruitment.
