For senior level positions, we operate on an exclusive Retained Search basis. We will only work on a limited number of search assignments at any one time to ensure we honour our commitment of a speedy delivery process while maintaining a high-level of quality.

Competency-based (or behavioural) interviews are based on the premise that past behaviour is the best predictor of future behaviour.
