The qualification is designed for people who have a specific responsibility at work, or in voluntary and community activities, to provide First Aid when dealing with an emergency situation. One of the best courses I have been on, very clear and helpful and also very fun and outgoing trainer. I was a bit worried about the CPR practical but was put to ease, actually found it better than I thought.

The First Aid Course with Onelife Training is excellent value for money. The course content and trainer were both exceptional in what is usually a very dry, boring subject was made engaging throughout. This is not just a course you can use for work but for every day life. I now feel I have the confidence to effectively administer first aid when required. I highly recommend Onelife Training not just for first aid training but for all your training needs. If you haven't already go check them out.👍

Just completed my Paediatric first aid training with the lovely trainer Mike! He was fantastic, knowledgable , engaging and made a serious topic fun to learn! The company put lots of thought, effort and procedures in place to make it safe for the learners during the current pandemic, yet still offering high quality training. Many companies have… stopped offering face to face training which can really hinder our professional development so it’s fantastic to see how one life training have found a way around this and adapted in the current situation.I will definitely come back in 3 years

I have recently attended a 3 day First Aid at Work course in Exeter. I have done first aid a few times and have to say that this was the best one yet. The trainer (Steve B) and the content was brilliant. The practical side of the course made it fun but also a little bit more realistic when using props and fake blood!!! Thank you again. X

I have to admit, the thought of a 3 day course with a lifeless, grumpy trainer filled me with dread.
Not Mike Maslin. The second I walked in the door, he put me at ease and I knew he wasn’t anything what I imagined. He was on my level and took a genuine interest in the class.
His teaching technique was faultless (as a teacher I picked up some tips… 😉) and he taught with precision, humour and passion. He made it easy to understand but most importantly, easy to remember.
The Friday night after the course, I had to attend a man with a broken nose and possible broken hand. Blood
