Hiscox Group has acquired Event Assured in 2014. The company was established in 1990 by entrepreneur Brian Kirsch, and gained an early reputation in the incentive travel sector by designing specialist event insurance products for professional event organisers. Event Assured built relationships with clients over time which means 24 years later, they are still clients of Hiscox Event Assured.
We are pleased to offer our products to brokers who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The Hiscox Event Assured product range can respond to large and small events with a turnover/budget from 1,000 to 10,000,000. We can also include Employers and Public liability cover for events either as part of an event insurance, or as a stand alone cover on a short period or annual basis.
At Hiscox Event Assured we pride ourselves on our experienced and customer-focused claims service. With event cancellation and curtailment claims we work on the basis that 'the show must go on' and find that a fast and effective response can often provide the assistance an event organiser needs to avoid cancelling all or part of their event.

Assured Events managed our 50th Birthday celebrations, 120 people, 2 venues, catering and entertainment, presentations. They had great ideas and nothing was too much trouble. Recently returned from a trip to Austria organised by Karl and everything was planned excellently! A lot of effort was clearly put into the organisation and execution of the trip and everyone had a great time as a result. Karl was also really good at integrating with the team quickly and was a great laugh throughout as well.

Karl managed an event to Austria I have recently come back from. The event was so well planned and executed from the very second we met Karl at the airport. The reason it worked so well is that Karl became part of the touring party, treated us as adults and took the lead when he needed to.
