My son and I had a lovely stay at Alcantara guest house. The room was very spacious and comfortable and we had a delicious breakfast. We will stay again when we visit Southampton.

Great staff a warm welcome and a great room for the price staff really helpful and even when out of her way for my breakfast thanks for a great stay well defo book again if working in the area

It is an excellent guest house, the host is lovely and very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble and breakfast was superb. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

I love this little Guest House. The owner was very warm and inviting. The breakfast was was so tasty. The rooms clean and tidy. Some on the small side but everything that you need.
Will be using on my next visit to Southampton.

(+) The sweetest English ladies are taking care of this guest house. You immediately feel right at your aunt Emma's home during a time warp vacation. Incredible breakfast!
(-) The guest house is located on a street that some could find a bit too busy.
