Who do we need to call? why? and what messages do we have for them? Our core team sit in our offices in Alcester B49 6HN (18 miles south of Birmingham). We use simple but effective technology that allows complete transparency with all activity we supply. Allow us to transfer prospects directly to your Technical Team/Field Sales Team for those harder to answer questions.
You or your colleague will get a recording of the call we made in the creation of the meeting so you can hear that the quality criteria of that meeting have been reached. It may also include technical information which will be useful to your meeting preparation. If there are times you don't want appointments made, blank them out in your diary and we will only book them where we can see spaces.
Before any development takes place it's important to observe your internal and external sales people to ensure any future investment is made in the right areas. Observation is free if you don't consider the outcomes will improve the team. You get a Management Sales report highlighting where your people sit against each competency and a recommended plan of development some of which can be delivered in house.
