Our first project was a conversion of an early 19th century factory building in the heart of Weybridge, Surrey. The restoration and conversion works were extensive and concluded by creating 8 one bedroom apartments in two buildings and a further detached house in a courtyard setting. Over the years we have produced in excess of over 80 homes.

This enables us to successfully acquire development opportunities and obtain planning permission, often where others before us have failed. The company structure is such that decisions are made without unnecessary delays, allowing matters to proceed rapidly to a satisfactory conclusion.

First week in my new home - Which has been developed by Boost Homes. The flat is absolutely beautifully finished, the handover by Annie was fantastic and the level of customer service, so far has been great. The attention to detail in the flat is amazing, even little thing's such as the shower tap locations and the floor lighting. Really impressed with everything. Thank you Boost Homes!
