David has worked for 30 years in the area of people and organisational development. In this time, he has taken line roles in British Airways, Conoco and Dubai Petroleum Company. As a consultant, he started with PA Consulting Group in 1988 before joining the Centre for Enabling Leadership. Richard is a change mentor, coach and expert facilitator.
