When you visit a Quantum Care Home you will notice the special features which are designed to assist residents with dementia to live as independently as possible, all with the support of our specially trained staff. In addition to this, each Quantum Care Home has a Dementia Champion who is on hand to give you the same level of support.
For those who are finding it increasingly difficult to live on their own, our Homes can provide the care and support needed with daily living activities, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A move into one of our Homes is also an opportunity to socialise and make new friends, and with a busy programme of activities running within each of our Homes, there is always something to get involved with.

Services
Quantum Care is a not for profit company which allows us to focus on what's best for our residents, rather than what's best for shareholders. Central to who we are is our commitment to person centred care, a goal we achieve by following our Rhythm of Life initiative. Started in 1992, Quantum Care was one of the first companies created to operate homes formerly owned and run by local authorities.
Whether you are looking for long term care, a short break, or just a bit of extra support, our staff have the expertise to offer you a service which is tailored to your individual needs. If you are caring for a loved one but need a break during the day to catch up with the demands of everyday life, our Q Clubs give you the opportunity to do just that.
Deciding whether to move your loved one into a care home can be a difficult time, especially if it is a decision you are having to make very quickly. Most people know very little about care homes and are quite naturally hesitant to place the responsibility for care into the hands of someone else; particularly when they themselves may have been providing that care for a long period of time.
We believe that each and every member of the Quantum Care team is important and valued. After all, an organisation like ours would be nothing without the people who care for our residents on a daily basis and the others who help to make that care possible.
From the people that supply the direct care to managers, caterers, housekeepers, administratiors and more, they all put residents at the heart of everything they do - creating a happy atmosphere in every home and a highly rewarding experience. We believe in recognising and rewarding our employees' commitment, not only through good pay and benefits, but also through the opportunity for development and promotion.

Our day centres are ideal for those still living in the community, either independently or with families/carers. Thanks to the facilities of the homes our day centres are based in, we are able to provide professional care to members and are happy to welcome older people living with dementia, mobility limitations and other disabilities.
