Fantastic company to order weight training equipment from . I always receive a quick response to any enquiries . The Super Pro Bench is as expected, high quality and delivered on time. Its great to see that at least Ironmaster can produce a product that is actually straight. That may sound a strange comment but I've purchased several machines from so called reputable supplier's over the years that have been way out of line. And then I've had wait literally months in some cases for them to change the offending part.

Decent equipment but customer service needs work. I made an order to be told that some of the equipment wasn't in stock and arranged delivery for the following week which was fine by me. When the first shipment arrived, some of the equipment was damaged and a piece of equipment was missing . I complained and received an email a few days later saying they could send a replacement or offer me a discount on future products which I took them up on as the equipment is good. Tried calling customer service several times throughout the process and they could never give me a straight answer about my missing
