Aimee's Dance Academy was established in 2010 and we are situated in Parkstone in Poole, Dorset. We offer classes in Tap, Ballet, Modern Jazz, Pointe, Contemporary, Street, Irish, Musical Theatre, Singing, Acrobatics, Cheerleading, Majorettes and Irish. We are proud to offer a variety of classes for adults, children, beginners or advanced! We have a recently refurbished double studio space with full mirrors, barres, waiting area and parking.
Services
With 28 years experience and education we aim to provide an environment of equality in which we can train our students and educate them in order to broaden and develop their skills to the highest possible standard. All our teachers are committed to help students improve by striving for the highest possible standards of dance and performance.
Please note that all students are the responsibility of Aimee's Dance Academy in class times only. Children should not be left unattended. Classes are priced at 5.00 per lesson for 45/60 minutes 7.50 for 90 minutes, 10.00 for 120 minutes and 3.00 for 30 minutes. Private classes are priced upon request.
Any adults out there who fancy having a go at dancing, whether they've done it as a kid or not, should definitely give ADA a go! The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming no matter who you are and how much dancing you've done. There are no judges or cliques here just a group of people all dancing for fun and fitness!
Come and have a go at this extremely popular modern style of dance, improving your strength and all round fitness. I joined ADA about a year ago. Since then I have partaken in contemporary, jazz, tap and ballet. ADA welcomed me warmly and I quickly felt like a part of the family. Everyone is welcome regardless of your experience and abilities.
Pre-Primary Dance is the progression class from Mini Movers where we aim to help girls and boys progress in their ballet, tap and modern jazz disciplines in order to take their dance examinations under the "British Theatre of Dance Association" examination board. When not practicing for exams these students are learning new dance routines for the next ADA performance.

Miss Aimee has an obvious & contagious passion for her artistic profession. ADA is an inspirational & supportive dance school for ALL. We took our daughter there last September & now we too are also enjoying some of the fantastic adult dance classes on offer at ADA. It's been a revelation. The ADA team, affectionately refered to as our 'ADA family', are an amazing bunch of awesome people too. We love being a part of ADA.

I joined Aimee's Dance Academy just as a fun way to exercise but I didn't expect to become part of such an amazing dance family! This school accepts and values everyone regardless of shape, size or dance ability. I have made incredible friends and can't wait to get to class each week. I am so glad I joined ADA!
