Services
Our services can be broken down into two key areas: Our Crisis Service, and our Wellbeing Club. Each service runs differently, to help tackle the different obstacles in your journey towards recovery. The crisis service is designed to support people who are experiencing mental/emotional distress and is accessible by phone, or face-to-face in our mobile crisis hub (above).
We are looking for people with lived experience of mental health difficulties, who can help us to shape our services. The committee members will work on a voluntary basis, and should be able to commit 2 hours per month for the attendance of committee meetings. Committee members will assist with service design and strategic planning, advocating for community need, and seeking and providing valuable feedback regarding our services.

WHERE DO I BEGIN!
I was first referred to valued lives last year and everything started off great. I got along with staff well, went to a few pop ups and even the online classes. However, all of this changed once I rang one night being in dark place and they did not care at all. This individual attempting to "help" wanted to get off the phone and kept trying too even though it was obvious my mental state was dreadful. After this it only got worse!
I went to a pop up for one of the small vans. The helper and myself went for a walk to which it was insinuated that I was using this service for connection
