Very poor post purchase customer service. The van in my battery is faulty after only a couple of weeks and I was advised that I would have to pay for assistance to get it back to them for inspection after paying Sussex Camper Vans over £40,000. The heating exhaust pipe has also had to be fixed only days after purchase.

We picked up our NV200 from Sussex Campervans in Oct 2019. We were delighted with the service we received and they have been a pleasure to deal with ever since, even advising us of a fault with the pop-top… canvas and replacing it free of charge straight away. We have enjoyed several trips already to the Lake District, Brecon Beacons, France, Spain and Ireland and are looking forward to many more adventures when the covid restrictions are lifted.

Had our Sussex Campervans NV200 Campercar for nearly 2 years. Haven’t achieved as much as we would have liked due to COVID, but have managed a few local trips away in our lovely county. We prefer to camp on… sites and belong to the CCC and use their certificated sites. This month after April 12th we have weekends booked with the DA’s. The vehicle is well suited to our needs and lovingly converted by Sussex Campervans of Horsham. Good aftercare and nothing too much trouble for them to sort.
