When we formed Westport Property in 2012 we were determined to set ourselves apart from the ordinary, old fashioned and slow-moving competitors that had dominated the property market. Westport Property was founded by Adam and Rebecca Hutcheson in 2012. The business has grown thanks to its high standards and the delivery of bespoke, professional services. The Westport Property Management team provides bespoke Director-led services to our clients. We manage a varied commercial and residential property portfolio with a capital value in excess of 12 Million.
We are experts in selling and letting commercial property and letting residential and student accommodation. We are one of the most active property agents in Dundee and the surrounding area, with extensive local knowledge and an established occupier database. We are one of the largest providers of student accommodation in Tayside and we love working with students!

I had a great time living in one of Westports flats! Being an international student I was a bit nervous about the moving process, but the folks at Westport were always really responsive whenever I had a querie. The flat was really well taken care of and newly renovated, which was an absolute joy compared to some of the other flats I`ve seen around Dundee. I would definitely rent one of their flats again.

The team at Westport Property were friendly, professional and super efficient and got me into the property amazingly quickly. They really went the extra mile to be helpful and to meet an incredibly tight schedule. They really understood the kind of tenant they wanted for the property and it had been prepared to a very high standard which exceeded my expectations.
