If you need a lightweight folding wheelchair to use while in London then we can deliver a wheelchair to your home, hotel, hospital or workplace at a time convenient to you. Wheelchair rentals can also be delivered to meet your arrival and departure at Heathrow airport.

All our wheelchairs are easy to use and fold-up compactly to fit into a car, taxi, bus or train. We deliver rental wheelchairs to any London address, to Heathrow airport and other areas around London. Our helpful delivery drivers will also show you how to use and fold the wheelchair. All wheelchairs are new self propelled (manual) folding models as shown on this web site.

Wheelchair Types Report

We offer five types of manual wheelchair for rental. Our most popular wheelchair is the Self propelled SP368 lightweight folding version and comes with a cushion seat. These wheelchairs are designed to be easily manoeuverable and can be controlled either by the user or an attendant pusher. The foot rests unclip and the chair folds very compactly making it easy to fit into a car.

London Wheelchair Rental Ltd. accept no liability for any incidents arising from the use or misuse of the wheelchair. Each wheelchair is supplied with full safety instructions which are also available here. Please familiarise yourself with these before use. If there is any damage or defect then the wheelchair must not be used and we must be notified immediately on the number below.

Simply amazing customer service and very comfortable chairs. I had an minor issue with a wheelchair at a weekend. I expected a response on the Monday, but they came out and exchanged the chair on the Sunday - there aren't many companies that would do this. I would thoroughly recommend them.

They absolutely saved our vacation!! Here for a week with kids and Grandparents from the States. Grandma with her knees and back just couldn't keep up. I called
and was greeted by a very professional voice, Susan, willing to help! They promptly delivered the chair to the British Museum entrance! Outstanding service and communication. We were so thrilled with the service, we ordered a second chair late in the afternoon and it was delivered to our Airbnb flat in Kensington first thing the next morning. I highly recommend to any traveler in need of a reputable, professional company while on vacation

We rented the light weight chair for 2 weeks and it was great! Easy pickup and drop-off at Heathrow. I would recommend the seat pad and rain poncho they worked very well.
