Services
At Victoria Lodge, we firmly believe that people ought to eat the food they enjoy. A dietician might pull their hair our but we continue to adhere to the view that the enjoyment of food takes preference over healthy eating though clearly the two options are not always incompatible. We give food a very high priority.

My mum has been at this lovely care home for two years. We visited several homes before we found Victoria Lodge. It ticks all the boxes. The atmosphere, as soon as you walk in, is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. The home is very clean and smells fresh. The management team are very efficient and approachable - there is an open door policy so you can speak to them at any time if you need to. The staff are friendly and caring. The food is excellent, providing favourite meals for an older clientele. There are lots of activities for residents to enjoy if they want to both inside and outside

I can only highly recommend Victoria Lodge. As a past relative in this lovely home, my aunt's every need was catered for with utmost care attention and dignity. All my thanks to the amazingly professional staff who went beyond their duty to see that my aunt was safe comfortable and nourished through difficult times. Thank you!

My only advice to anyone looking for a care home in the Birmingham area is go check out Victoria Lodge in Acocks Green. My mother spent her last 4 years there and the management and staff could not have done more to make her welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere in the home is warm, welcoming and friendly and residents are encouraged to join in the 'family' activities. Victoria Lodge more than deserves the 5 stars I am happy to give it.
