W Fitness is family run by Hannah & Caroline - your Personal Trainers and number 1 Cheerleader! We're a women's only boutique fitness studio unlike any conventional gym, offering a friendly and fun place to workout. We offer a specialised 30 minute circuit combining resistance machines for toning your body, and cardio exercises to maximise any unhealthy fat loss.

You will receive a personal programme that's designed to help you reach your desired goals - whatever these may be. From wanting to lose fat and tone up, to wanting to feel more body confident and have more energy. Your personal programme will be reviewed monthly to keep your workout challenging and exciting.

All whilst ensuring our ladies are physically healthy through achieving and maintaining a healthy body fat percentage, weight and blood pressure. W Fitness is so much more than a gym - we're a family! Not only will you reach your goals, you'll have fun doing it too - and make lots of supportive friends along the way.
There's plenty of gyms out there, but it takes finding the right gym for you to get results! We'll always invite you in for a free visit before signing up to ensure we're right for you, if you choose to join us, we'll then book you in for your Induction. From this we will create your personal workout programme that will be tailored to you to ensure your working towards your goals.
Our 30 minute circuit is especially devised for women with each of our 10 stations designed to target specific muscles, adding up to an effective full-body workout. Our low-impact, easy to use circuit is suitable for women of all ages and abilities, even if you've never stepped foot in a gym before as we design your own personal program which is constantly updated to ensure you reach your desired fitness goals.
If you're looking to get RESULTS and achieve more than you thought possible, then #BTB12 is for you! Our intense Transformation Bootcamps are lead by our expert Personal Trainers in our fitness studio. These sessions will push your body as you work alongside motivated ladies, just like yourself, all with the goal of achieving your best results yet!
Body Blast is a 30 minute class targeted at fat loss, as well as toning your full body! Every month we change the routines to keep the class fun and engaging - you'll certainly never get bored in a W Fitness Body Blast class! We combine body-weight exercises with free-weight exercises to build the best workout possible.

I would highly recommend this gym for any woman who wants to work out but doesn't know where to start. The staff here are amazing and so caring. The circuit is a good way to work out your entire body without having to figure out what exercises you need to do. They also have a time system that lets you know how long you have on a station and when to move to the next piece of equipment. Definitely worth every penny!

W Fitness is a fantastic place. I joined over 2 years ago and I am so glad I did! A great space to workout in with friendly, like-minded ladies supporting each other. Caroline & Hannah are lovely and always encouraging. I became part of the team a year ago, and love that I now work at W Fitness too :-)

Reasons I love this gym:
It’s so friendly! Caroline, Hannah and the team are lovely and so welcoming to everybody
There’s no mirrors and no posing. Just lovely, normal women of all shapes, ages and sizes, working out
It’s quick, easy and organised - no queuing, just book, turn up and you’re done in 30 mins
It’s safe - social distancing and constant cleaning!
And best of all - no grunty, sweaty men! 🤣

How's friendly gym. Caroline and Hannah are lovely, so helpful. The circuit is fab and so convenient being only 30mins, plus Wednesday night yoga is a definite must! Highly recommend.

The last 12 months at the gym as really helped me focus on my weight, health eating, toning up and becoming stronger. I've managed to sustain coming regularly for the last year as the team are lovely and always make me feel comfortable and relaxed, so much so it's now become part of my weekly routine. It's great I'm now in a healthy zone! Thanks Jan
