We achieve this internally by setting and committing to a number of targets, outlined in our CSR policy, which all staff can be involved in.
Designing in all types of construction materials, our Chartered Engineers use the latest design software and BIM capabilities to produce the most economic value-engineered design that keeps development costs to a minimum. A key aspect of our works is providing the most economic form of foundation and superstructure design for our clients.
With the increasing reduction in suitable development sites, more and more clients are turning to former developed brownfield sites to provide opportunities for future developments.

I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to take up a week's work experience at Sutcliffe. This has been an invaluable experience allowing me to gain skills that will help me to progress into the future. The staff are very friendly and will make time to help you where needed.
