Here at T Sullivan Engineering, we are a medium size steel fabrication company supplying all manner of steel fabricated parts. We have a large selection of metal work machinery in house and are able to supply anything from complex fully fabricated parts to large steel structures. As industry and health and safety have progressed we have kept pace with regulations and our clients requirements.
T Sullivan Engineering is a second generation family business based in Wallasey Merseyside, which specialises in Steel Fabrication, Structural Steelwork, staircases, Handrails and Architectural metalwork for Industrial commercial and Residential developments. After leaving the merchant navy Terry spotted an opportunity with the skills he had obtained over the years, to provide "quality fabricated metal products".
Edwards Pearson VR-H 4000mm x 16mm Shear, complete with a Cybelec DNC10 controlled programmable backguage. We have an SAF DS 60 HV ring roller, please see attached chart for the capacity's of this machine. We are pleased to add another piece of plant to our production facility!
As well as maintaining our existing band saw cutting facility we have added a new larger capacity band saw to our capabilities, our new saw now enables us to cut steel work section up to 610mm x 360mm.

In the years we have been in business we have supplied all types of architectural metal work, from estate gates and railing through to stainless steel glazed handrails. We supply our architectural metal works to all manner of projects including the Health and Education sectors as well as correctional facilities.
As the construction market evolves, the need for CAD fabrication and arrangement drawings is becoming increasingly important with each passing year. We are able to supply 2D drawings in Auto CAD and 3D drawings and models using our Tekla modeling package. We are able to issue these drawings in various formats to suit customer requirements, and can issue BIM models to enable synchronizing with the other aspects of larger projects as required.
