As an employment agency they are OK, but be warned, ensure any expense claims are settled BEFORE the end of your contract. I changed contracts in October 2019 and I am still awaiting payment of outstanding expenses from September and October. It’s virtually impossible to contact anyone in the accounts department and leaving a request for someone to call you back is a waste of time as 9 times out of ten they don’t bother.

I had a great experience working with Andrew Johnson during my time looking for a new opportunity. Being in a new city, Austin, searching for a new opportunity can be challenging. I was approached by Austin Fraser while looking for Data Science jobs, specifically in Austin. I'm currently living out of state, so finding the right companies and forming the right network contacts can be challenging without someone on the ground in Austin to help. The Austin Fraser rep has been incredibly friendly and responsive in helping me find a position that would be a good fit. Although I had interviews with and offers from several other companies, ultimately, I decided to go with the company the Austin Fraser rep recommended. It was just a better fit than the options I found for myself

If you are developer, you've more than likely have dealt with recruiting agencies while trying to find new work. As far as agencies go, Austin Fraser in my honest opinion are the best in the business. Not only are they open, honest and available. They truly care about the well being of their contractors. I had a choice between two similar offers and I decided to go with them due to the experience I had with Austin Fraser!

Austin Fraser however, is not at all typical. The gentlemen with whom I worked (Zachary Tickle) clearly understood what I could do, and what I was seeking. I attended the Austin Fraser open day today and I am so glad I made time to do so. The day was an informal opportunity for candidates to get to know the company and vice versa. We had a special day organised by the HR team who did such a great job in ensuring we felt comfortable and welcome. They encouraged us to ask any questions we had about the… company and what it would be like to work for them. We were even given an opportunity to speak to their graduates who were working for the company and were left alone with them to get to know anything and everything about their day to day jobs
