He brought the Queens Steinway to concert standard in Taunton when I played there and was helpful by staying on throughout the recital in order to fix any errant out-of-tune strings. Although this was not necessary, he touched up the piano again at the interval so that it was perfect for the second half of the concert.

He graduated from the college in 1991, gaining a distinction and the prestigious Broadwood Prize. He went on to work for one of the few remaining workshops in the UK that create hand crafted pianos. In 1993, Reuben Katz relocated to Somerset where he successfully re-established a local restoration/tuning business from a retired owner.
We offer a complete tuning service to match your specific requirements. Whilst tuning, we undertake repairs, regulation and toning and are happy to advise on restoration or valuation. With over thirty years experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on the high level of expertise we provide. Wow - What can I say? Graham and the team worked extremely hard on the piano restoration I asked them to do. They went the extra mile even to fix parts I had overlooked, and didn't overcharge or go over budget. A great friendly service from the owner who truly loves every piano enough to do just about anything to make it play well. Thanks!

The owner of this shop is an very knowledgeable, interesting and helpful man. In the end all I wanted was a piece of piano wire to make a replacement spring, an off the shelf one was not available. Graham disappeared for a few minutes to select the right gauge of wire which gave me the opportunity to admire his stock of pianos.
He returned and gave me the wire and would not take any payment. Thank you Graham

We're very happy with our Bentley Piano from Bedhampton Pianoshop & had a great buying experience. Graham, the owner, had fantastic knowledge, answered all our questions and was friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time, quick and easy with no problems.

I initially popped in to grab a stool for my 2nd hand piano I had picked up. Got talking to Graham and he showed me around the shop in a non-pressured way. A few months later after realising my old piano was coming to the end of its life I went back in to the shop. Graham left me to have a good play around with the pianos on display. This was valuable because the Yamaha I was initially set on I decided against, as the sound was much richer from the Hailun and just felt better suited to me. Graham is very knowledgeable and being brand new to the world of pianos I could have easily shelled out for

Graham and pianos; whatever end of the price spectrum you are looking for, his heart and soul have gone into every one. He is always happy to go above and beyond which gives a lot of confidence as buying a piano is a personal thing, and it is reassuring to know the team at Bedhampton Pianoshop are not just there until money changes hands - they are there for the journey, and their after sales care is second to none.

I have used Bedhampton piano shop for a number of years. I bought my own piano there, and a number of my pupils have done the same. We have all been delighted with our purchases. I owned my piano for 35 yrs but not played for over 30. Letting go was a hard decision. However, I had such a great experience buying my new piano. Graham was very helpful. Took time to explain the different models and helped me select the right piano for my needs.
Further, the chaps who delivered my new piano and took my old one away were just amazing. Efficient, very professional.
