I am sure the Wash Basket provide an excellent service to businesses but unfortunately, as someone who just needed one bag of bedding washed and dried I had a different experience. Firstly I fell over a crate at the entrance and then waited for a while - one staff member at the back watched me wait - I asked if someone could help me, he didn't reply. Another gent arrived, I explained that I had called the day before and was here to drop off some washing/drying. He told me he couldn't confirm when it would be done by and suggested Friday afternoon - this was on Tuesday. I felt because I wasn't a
